Remedy Southport

REMEDY is Southport’s first specialist gin, whisky, coffee and cake shop selling high quality, premier brands and gourmet refreshments. As an independent retailer our range is innovative, vibrant and diverse.

The journey began in July 2015 as friends Sarah and Susannah opened the café bar on Lord Street. Our main aim has always been to bring quality coffee, craft gin and fine whisky to the town in an intimate and relaxed space in the old tourist information centre, a mock Victoria glass house on the Town Gardens next to the Princess Diana Fountain. Our journey since then has been fast paced and exhilarating as the brand has gone from strength to strength thanks in great part to our amazing, lovely regulars and a great, committed team of staff. We are passionate about good quality food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere that offers an escape for the daily stresses of life and a comfortable place to meet your friends, watch the world go by, host a meeting, write a report or to read a book. If you’re looking for something different we offer our customers the best prepared beverages in Southport from a choice of 50 gins, 30 malt whiskies, 10 bourbons, 10 rums, wine and bubbles, home-cooked food as well as free wi-fi, newspapers and great music … we hope you can join us and become part of our journey…
